Refund Policy for XtremeINK Design
At XtremeINK Design, we are dedicated to providing exceptional design services and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Initial Concept Phase: If you are dissatisfied with the initial concepts provided, you may request a refund before any revisions are made.
- Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon design services within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellation: If you cancel the project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Approval of Final Design: Once the final design has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the project has started.
- Partial Delivery: If a project has been partially completed and the client wishes to cancel, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources used.
- Revisions and Edits: Dissatisfaction with revisions and edits after the initial concept approval does not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Contact us via email at hi@xtremeinkdesign.store within 5-7 days of receiving the initial concept.
- Review: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Decision: If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
